Each time I contact the IT support team, I am repeatedly advised to uninstall and reinstall the app. While this occasionally resolves the problem, there are instances where I am unable to sign up again due to not receiving the OTP on my registered email. Given these ongoing issues, I will continue using the bank’s services only until my fixed deposit matures. After that, I intend to close all my accounts and discontinue using their services altogether.
