- Confirm transactions using biometrics or 6-digit PIN
- Send, request, withdraw, or deposit money via QR
If you already have a BDO Online Banking account, just
log in with your Online Banking username and
password.
If you're having trouble logging in, just follow these steps
and create a new password for the BDO Online app.
Step 1
On the log in screen, tap Need help logging in? > I'd like
to reset my password.
Step 2
Set up your new password
Step 3
Log in with your Online Banking username and new
password.
The password for the old Online Banking website is
unchanged and maintained separately.

Such a waste of time. App keeps on repeating
Unable to login
This app does not recognize my login credentials but the old one (BDO Digital Banking) does. Poor experience on the very 1st page you use leaves a bad taste on the mouth.
Not working. Keeps repeating to creat 6digit pin
I opened an account online since Im not in PH. I got approved and instructed to download this app so I can login on my account. I was able to input my id and password and created a 6 digit pin successfully but it just keeps repeating over and over. Need help on fixing this pls contact me.
I doesn’t work
I share the same sentiment with Ms. Cherie Gil, the reason why she left the Philippines. Nothing works, from financial, healthcare even human rights. Nothing works. I have been to your branch and nothing helps. I have wasted half of my day on cue only to be told they can’t help. Hindi talaga kayo nahihiya no, wala rin talaga kayong ginagawa para mapaganda service nyo, or kahit maging useful man lang.

Doesn’t do anything!!!
Not able to access account
I am unable to view my current account summary as I was able to log in and created my digit pin. It kept showing on screen after multiple refreshes ‘Sorry, we’re unable to do that right now.’ Please try again What is going on this app? Id rather login on the website, this app is useless
Why do I have to go to an ATM to activate the app?
If you have no access to an ATM, you can’t use this app. Like, why? The point of using online banking is so you don’t need to go inside the bank or use an ATM. BDO is the only bank who have carefully thought of making its customers’ accounts secure, at the price of inconvenience. I can’t follow the thought process of online banking but you need to go to an ATM. Just to activate an app. Perhaps on your next app upgrade, you can add a feature to activate an app by identity verification online as well?
