BDO Securities Mobile App

This app of BDO is totally a joke. Wondering who made this and who decided to release it? It insults the entire company. On the other hand, don’t you think this will definitely be an enormous eruption of business once if the app is done well? Most of the people will pour part of their deposit into the market instead of letting it stay in deposit accounts waiting for the mere interest.

I wish there's an option to rate this app with a 0! Why would you create an app that's not even mobile user friendly!

I just downloaded this app. Can’t log in even though i have an existing acct from bdo. Just after entering the otp, it comes back to log in option. Same thing with the bdo pay app after it’s update. Needs further development.

I always get session timeout even I just logged in for a minute. Fix your app issues, it damages your clients.

Please fix your session expire issue.

I’m surprised this app is still in app store given all the bugs and inconvenience it brings to the users. There is no persistent login, everytime you click a new menu it kicks you out of the application.

Hi, it has been 2 years. When do you plan to fix the auto logout bug upon signing in? I need to login twice because the session always expire on first login attempt

Cannot even use it. Just a few second after you log in, it will say “session expired.” How can one trade with this app????
