For some odd reason I’m constantly needing to switch over to my laptop to actually access Building Engine. On the slim chance the app actually works it’s just not user friendly and simplistic to close and access work orders. Feels ancient and lost in the past.

Since mid last year an update was implemented that has completely screwed up the operation of the be mobile app. There tech support NEVER responds. And when they do it’s weeks if not months later and then you don’t hear from them again EVER until you submit yet another ticket. Which in most cases you won’t get a response to. Just a huge headache and a waste of time. What a horrible way to screw up something that worked flawlessly for the first few years we had Building Engines incorporated in our Building. Now it’s useless and a huge waste of time when originally this was a big time saver.  Such a shame. Months and months of promises from tech support and no one can figure it out …..

### **--- "20 years behind the de facto standards for apps"
Swipe to go back would be a huge improvement. I use two different accounts, one works great and the other is a total lemon. It “updates” constantly and won’t let you log back in of you log out. I’ve had to delete and reinstall multiple times. It’s just slow, crashes, and is not intuitive in any way, shape, or form. Good luck. I have to use it because that’s what my company uses. If I didn’t have to, I wouldn’t open it again and never look back.

This app does not communicate with the Building Engines network. If you complete work orders or inspection reports on the app, it does not complete the tasks when you log into your account on the website. App needs to be trashed and re-developed

Our company has been on the phone with tech-support regarding acknowledgment pending’s that never go away. You have to close the app out and go back into the app in order for acknowledgment, time or comments to process. This is never been resolved even after reporting it.
    I resorted to using the web version so I can process my work orders.
