## Be! Self Description
You are what you think. The average human has 60,000 thoughts per day, and 80% of them are negative. Is it really what you want to be?

What if you look at it from a different perspective? Isn’t it the key in starting a new bright life? Be! will help you think different and fulfill your life with new opportunities and colors. Believe in yourself and maintain balance in your life, improve mental health and become more positive. It is all possible with the help of affirmations.

An affirmation is a positive statement that can help you overcome negative thoughts. It’s like an exercise for your mental health. Repeating positive affirmations over and over makes your unconscious fixed on the required image or goal, invoking positive changes in life. They reduce stress, bring confidence, improve performance at work, and help you go through life’s difficulties. It’s a perfect practice for students, workers, couples, parents, or even grandparents!

We have chosen the most relevant topics for your daily affirmations: yourself, gratitude, wealth, career, sex life, creativity, focus, changes, and many others.

Unleash the true power of your subconscious mind by starting each day with positive affirmations!

## Be! Self Reviews in United States

### *---- "I’m sad I paid for this."
It doesn’t let you customize which categories you want to get affirmations from. So sometimes I get weird affirmations about orgasms which actually causes me more distress. I wanted something that would tell me everything would be ok, or to remind to be grateful. I can’t understand how an affirmation about strong and frequent orgasms is supposed to help in the 1st place. This app is crap.
-- M.Consuelo.L, 2021-07-16

### ***** "💐"
شكراً على العبارة التي تحفز للجابية🌹💜
-- Bataher, 2021-06-24

### **--- "Not good for everyday affirmations"
All this app sends me is sexual affirmations and I did not sign up for that. I just needed basic self esteem type stuff
