## Beans & Brews Reviews in United States

### ***** "My Beans and Brews experience"
Always enjoy visiting Beans and Brews here in Draper, Utah. It is one of my preferred stops when I’m visiting from California. There is good sitting, good customer service, prices are very reasonable and the coffee is delicious. My only suggestion is making sure that the coffee is steaming hot, as this is typically an issue. Other than that, keep up the great service.

### ***** "Super friendly"
The employees at the springville Utah store are so so sweet and nice all the time
-- J loves coffee, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Sheryl"
Great staff and coffee!!
-- Grayson’s Nana, 2024-12-09

### *---- "Only app that never works"
I have been trying to use the app since it’s early days, it never even works. Won’t let me log in any more, so I just stopped trying to use. My local location is amazing and I still go there daily for coffee but I haven’t earned points in years.
-- cklimp1, 2024-12-08

### *---- "Glitchy and confusing"
Coupons don’t work when ordering in the app, it just says placing order indefinitely. Prices are basically the same as Starbucks, but taste is not as reliable. And the app is a messy confusing annoyance. Can’t really understand why they charge per pump of flavor either. All around odd that this business is still in business.

### ***** "Number one place to go"
Beans and brews my go to place to go they are wonderful and they taste great and I always go there.
-- MARTI Dean, 2024-11-10

### ***** "Millcreek location"
Every time I visit the Mill Creek location, the baristas impress me with their exceptional service. Their kindness and authenticity make each experience enjoyable, and I genuinely anticipate my nearly daily trips there.

### ***** "coffee"
Best coffee hands down! High altitude roasting FOR THE WIN! 🙌🏼
-- LG7787, 2024-10-18

### *---- "Love the coffee, but the app needs work!"
I am not sure what the number of drive through Vs. walk in customers the app gets, but I am 100% a drive through customer. My biggest frustration with the app is the promotions that get pushed on the app! I’ve seen the 2x points numerous times but if you go through the drive through it never honors those 2x points when you scan at the window or when scanning the receipt.
And my second complaint is with scanning at the window, it is probably only 10% at the locations I visit. So now I have to ask 100% of the time for a receipt so I can scan it and make sure my points show up.
-- Kelly’s-5-Cents, 2024-10-09

### *---- "Can’t log in."
I’ve been trying to log into this app with my Facebook account as I have in the past. However, for the last TWO MONTHS, it tells me there’s an error with the Facebook app. I’ve been getting my receipts everytime I go to beans in hopes I’ll finally be able to earn points for my coffee. I’m really disappointed and angry. I’ve tried deleting the app then reinstalling, and resetting my phone but nothing is working. I don’t even know how long after getting a receipt, it becomes invalid and I can’t scan for points.
