It doesn't have a 'search within a note' feature. I know there's a search function but it is rudimentary and only brings up one instance of the search term per note. I want to be able to search within notes, since they may have multiple instances of one search term.
Please bring back the old version! I’ve been using it and I have some notes there that I havent saved yet😭 I cant update because my phone needs to be 14.0 ver or later. That’s so unfair😔

Hello! I have begun my review for the Nursing Licensure Exams here in my country and this app is beautifully simple, focused, and effective at allowing me to take notes during lectures and also when I want to add more from complementary readings. I really love the app but adding in a table feature where we can put words, paragraphs, or even images would make this note-taking app an amazing addition to a med student’s arsenal. I would highly recommend this for all students!
Good, nice, alright, cool, but there’s a few problems I’ve been annoyed with for quite some time: * Is there any way to turn off the bold/italics/underlined feature? It interferes when I try to type/like/this, for instance. * It sporadically crashes when I make notes containing ≥2000 words and often crashes with notes of ≥5000 words For reference, I’m using an ipad 7th gen, 32gb
Great Markdown compatible app, just tables are missing. Web clipping is not quite as good as Evernote. Bear is has been my main note-taking app for about 2 years. - Bear support responded well to a sync problem due to iCloud issues.
I’ve been using Bear for years now because the way it looks helps me write better, and in general it’s super easy to use! However, since I use it to create very long lists (a masterlist, if you will), it helps me organize my thoughts but it’s so hard to keep scrolling back and forth. Would it be possible to add a hide or drop-down feature where I could keep certain texts or pictures hidden until I want to work on those portions in my masterlist? Cheers!

I really love this app and i’ve been using it for 18 months now and it’s my favorite note app! It’s very minimalistic but I just hope I could lock my notes without paying. Good app though~
No hassle in taking down notes, and full of aesthetics.
