Services can be laundry, massage chairs, solariums, kiddie rides, etc. The BEASpay App is easy to use. When you open the app, it scans for a machines which have BEASpay integrated. Is there a machine nearby, it is displayed on the phone, the machine is selected and payment can be carried out. The payment is made in the app by typing in credit card data, using PayPal, etc. As soon as the payment is completed, the machine will be notified, and the requested service is available. Remember not to close the BEASpay app before the machine has registered the payment. Den har vitterlig ingen gode funktioner. Man kan ikke engang forlænge en vask, så hvis tiden stopper midt i en vask, så slukker den bare. Appen indeholder en outdated demo mode… hvad skal jeg bruge det til? Info sektion indeholder generisk Quick-fix løsninger og slutter med “prøv at kontakte ejeren af maskinen” - altså ingen vejledning til systemet eller supportfunktion. Det er også et red-flag for mig når informationer kun handler om at løse problemer med systemet såsom “prøv at genstarte telefonen 🤷🏼‍♂️”. For os er det kun muligt at indbetale 200kr gennem kort… hvilket ikke er en selvfølge at have med sig i øjeblikket. Man kan tilføje “mit vaskeri”… det er sjældent man ikke ved hvilke maskiner man har, specielt når man skal stå i vaskeriet for at tilføje dem… når jeg prøvede at tilføje, af ren nysgerrighed, fik jeg at vide at funktionen ikke var tilgængelig. Opsummeret afspejler appens billede ret godt hvad det hele handler om: guld og penge for vaskeriejer og BEAS gennem en super uappetitlig brugeroplevelse for os andre der ikke har et valg. Man kan maksimalt betale 30kr (3 timer og 20 min) men hvad nytter det når jeg har reserveret vasketid til 8 timer på en dag - det skal jeg sige dig, ingenting. For hvis du er så uheldig at tiden udløber midt i en vask ja bad luck, maskinen slukker og så kan du betale igen og starte din vask forfra. Dette kunne dog løses ved at man rent faktisk kunne se hvor lang tid man har tilbage OG lave en funktion så man kan købe mere tid selvom ens tid ikke er udløbet.
