## Beat Vibe Description
A programmable vibrating metronome/beat box with a flamenco clock display. The only metronome that lets you practice Subida (tempo change) and share rhythms online.

Beat Vibe is both a vibrating metronome and a programable beat machine aimed at both the flamenco player and non flamenco musician. Beat Vibe is pre-programmed with over 50 rhythm patterns from all major palls such as Bulerias, Alegrias, Tangos and more, including non-flamenco rhythms like Samba, Bosa Nova, Rock, Raggae and many more. You can easily program your own rhythm patterns, share them online, and download from the many rhythm patterns other users have shared.

The unique "Song Mode" lets you set a sequence of rhythm patterns to play, setting the number of repetitions and tempo. You can create rich percussion loops or practice change of tempo (subida)!

Features:
• Fully programmable, you can program rhythms of up to 16 beats, with precise off beat placement.
• Play a sequence of patterns to create rich songs optionally changing tempo.
• Online database with user generated rhythm patterns.
• Multi-track. Play multiple sound samples.
• Pre programed with over 50 rhythms including: Solea, Alegrias (several), Bulerias (several), Seguiriyas, Tangos, Fandangos, Bossa Nova, Rock, Blues, Mambo, Samba, Cha Cha, Country, Swing, Lambada, Raggae and more.
• Rich percussion sound sample library. Over 50 drum kit and flamenco percussion sounds, sampled in stereo, including: Palmas, Cajon, Tapada, Step, Snare, Bass, Tom, Cymbal, Kick, Timbales, Cowbell, Castanets, Darbuka, Conga and more.
• Volume and vibrate controls (vibrate available on iphone only).
• Clock hand movement may be smooth or discrete (on beats only)
• Add random jaleo calls for extra fun.
• Select from several themes.

## Beat Vibe Reviews in United States

### ***** "Compas training"
The biggest reason why I love this app is because i can visualize the timing and anticipate the accents (3,6,8,10,12) This app while simple but very easy to use has helped me get my Flamenco up to speed and hopefully synchronized with other Flamenco players from Spain.
-- irritated w portrait mode, 2019-12-07

### ***** "Practice anywhere"
This app makes it easy to practice anywhere. The audio is good. And it is very easy to use.
-- real pro guitar player, 2019-07-05

### **--- "App is Broken"
In iOS 8.4 the App has no audio and displays the error "Audiobus initialization problem" on launch.
-- bbjames, 2015-07-11

### ***** "Love it"
This is a very useful tool for flamenco guitar students. I find the clock representation to be helpful when trying to learn tricky rhythms. By visualizing where what I am playing falls around the accents I can transition quickly to feeling where things should go by listening. It's a relatively expensive app, but for me it's been totally worth it.

### ***** "Best Flamenco Metronome"
The third one I've tried. Wish it was the first. Way more features and flexibility. Love it!
-- nosliwmw, 2012-07-13

### ***** "Fantastic flamenco metronome, mucho aire"
I play the guitar and this app is just what I needed. I hardly use solo compas anymore, the ability to control the tempo makes this more useful, and you can get a very rich sound. The addition of Jaleo is fun but gets boring quickly... This is a must have App for anyone slightly interested in flamenco.
-- Clearly Thrilled, 2010-11-16

### ***-- "Good features...but..."
This app has great features but is not nearly loud enough, especially for flamenco! This app works ok on the iPad but closes periodically. I have my ipad's volume all the way up, the settings volume all the way up in the app, and I still cannot hear the metronome over my guitar. I have to plug this into speakers or a preamp to get decent volume...kinda ruins the point for rice on the go. Good features for a flamenco based metronome aside from the volume. 14 dollars...I don't know if i would have paid knowing it was so quiet. Otherwise, I like it.

### ***** "Compas---must!!"
A must have for flamenco players!
-- Neotriz, 2010-05-08

### ***** "best flamenco metronome out there"
this app makes practice so much more fun. i've been using it everyday until the batteries die. forget about solo compas cd's where you can't get the exact tempo or rhythm you want. this app is so diverse and useful. i've tried a number of different metronomes. this is the best metronome for flamenco available. bottom line, get it, you won't regret it. ;)
