I am a huge fan of the idea of dating based on music taste and the outside activity part of the app do a great job of providing a way to get people to connect in person! The chatting option combined with the concert options make it so easy for people to connect over music!
This is such a great way to find people in your area and have someone to talk to who has the same taste in music as you!
I love this app! I have been looking for an app like this for so long. On other dating apps, I always look for peoples music taste, and wish I had more info about it. This gives me their music taste and more importantly how we musically connect. The aesthetic of the app is really groovy and stylistic, and I love the prompts. Great idea!
Cool concept but they should’ve mentioned that it’s not available in my area before allowing me to create an account / profile. It put me on the wait list which could’ve been done before going through the trouble of creating a profile. I probably will delete my account.
When I first heard about the app I was London, so I downloaded it and apparently the jurisdiction doesn’t cover the UK, but as soon as I got to NY I logged on the app again and it was extremely refreshing. I normally don’t like dating apps but BeatMatch doesn’t have an oversaturated market, so the people are way more interesting to get to know. Also you can attend events which I thought was super cool to find cute little date ideas around the city. I do wish the users on the app put more info in their bio, or we could create our own prompts to add music too, but everything else is really nice, and its less swiping and more scrolling which is a nice change. 10/10 recommend!
I’m not a huge music person, but I thought I’d give the app a try. It’s incredible!! When you meet someone that you share similar music tastes with, you are guaranteed to get along! I’ve met a lot of great people through this app. If you have any doubts, download right now. You won’t regret it.
Sometimes what people listen to can be a red flag, but with Beatmatch their music taste is all out in the open. It’s also a great way to find new music.
Love this app! Music and concerts are my favourite thing so getting to meet people who also have that same passion for music is amazing!!!
