Using the website is fine, but the app is just horrible. Glitchy, has issues with checkout and saving address. Issues with applying discounts. It sent my order to my previous address and there is no way to cancel!

I’m so frustrated bc you can’t delete adresses or reset the default through the app . Now I can’t even cancel my order that’s going to a different city without depending on the emails being checked in time. Please fix this.

Very good range of products, and the Hall Pass is absolutely worth it if you order more than a twice year! the only thing that bugs me is that the wishlist goes from oldest to newest, so if you add something new to your wishlist it's right at the bottom and you have to scroll all the way down. additionally it would be a lot better if you could filter in your wishlist or make 'boards' like other apps.

I love beauty bay for the convenience but the app is so glitchy, I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app multiple times throughout the years and always have the same problem, I’ll be scrolling through the items and the page will suddenly just jump and completely change all the products into a different order. It’s annoying and random.

I am PROUD to say that i love beauty bay more than Sephora. 
Here is why:

1. They have very few cheap makeup products and it is so expensive I can’t afford to buy £300 worth of items I could get cheaper…

2. THANK GOD beauty bay has next.day.delivery!! I honestly receive my packages in great condition without even a scratch. Even WHEN the delivery might be coming late, they make sure they let you know in advance with apologies. 

3. It’s high quality. It may not be Sephora, but all their products from different brands are 100% real and also handled with care!!! Thank GOODNESS I discovered beauty bay BEFORE I payed an insane amount of money for a makeup brand I didn’t want!!!
