Wouldn’t even give it a star if I could. The app does not work how they might have been expecting it to. Every time I put stuff in my basket, I go away and come back to add more, I find that my basket has been emptied. This is so frustrating because now, you cannot even favourite anything. Or have a list. At least when it was favourited, I knew that I could quickly add whatever I wanted from my favourites. Recently I’ve attempted three times to add to my basket, coming back to find it empty again and again, puts me off shopping at beauty pie. I have always loved their products but I’m thinking of seeking alternatives to their products. -- Shalmita, 2026-08-28 ### **--- "Irritating glitches" Over the past few weeks it has logged me out frequently and emptied my basket after less than a day. ‘Favourites’ have also disappeared. This is rubbish. Please fix. -- CatMay13, 2026-08-23 ### *---- "Great products. Terrible app" Why does my basket keep emptying?! You used to be able to add items you needed to the basket and it would hold them until you were ready to order. Now it empties if you navigate away from the app. This makes for a very frustrating shopping experience and I’ve put off ordering multiple times now as it’s so inconvenient to have to add them all again. Surely this is losing BP money? -- CL_82, 2026-08-17 ### *---- "Useless unless you’re using the latest iOS" There’s no Beauty Pie app for Android users and since the last update the Apple version no longer works on my IPad so it’s entirely useless. Anyone would think they don’t people using it. -- Leejayw, 2026-08-16 ### *---- "If it ain’t broke don’t fix it …. :(" Why remove perfectly good and very useful functions with an update?? The old app was so easy for me to find my favourites, add to my basket as I go along and now that’s all gone! Why? No favourites and empties the basket. Please sort it out BP 🙏 -- Twinnimum, 2026-08-15 ### *---- "Bring back the old app and site" I loved Beauty Pie site and app but recently it’s become terrible. I can’t even log in! -- MimiLapinn, 2026-08-13 ### *---- "Basket doesn’t save - very annoying" I just put about six things in my basket, stepped away a moment to do something, and when I reopened the app it had gone. And what happened to favourites?! The old app was fine and BP must be losing money by making it harder to buy from them. Please sort it out. -- jools0001_uk, 2026-08-08 ### *---- "Good Products, Terrible App" I love Beauty Pie products but the latest update to the app is dreadful. They’ve taken away the wish list so I no longer know what I was keeping an eye on to purchase next. They also clear the basket after a short time, which is really annoying. Come on Beauty Pie, sort it out. The shopping experience is important to the customer. -- Anicecupoftea83, 2026-08-02 ### **--- "Updated app useless" The latest updates taking away features such as favourites and also emptying the shopping bag every time you leave the app are frustrating and putting me off using it. I don’t want to search for products everytime I make an order if it is a product I am re-using -- skinny_dogs, 2026-07-22 ### ***-- "Annoying app" Nice products but I now don’t seem to be able to see my favourites or save anything to them. And if I exit the app with stuff in my basket to come back to later, it empties my basket. Really frustrating. -- KittyCat44, 2026-07-20 [View all Beauty Pie reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Beauty Pie Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/beauty-pie-Ducv/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/beauty-pie-Ducv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
