The BECU app's built-in budget tracker is amazing! Several other banks I've used have had similar budget tracking capabilities, but weren't customizable enough or had too many confusing features tacked on. BECU's budget dashboard allows full customization for tagging all your charges, automatic categorization, and intuitive timeframe views to track spending over different periods of time. The app is a fantastic value built in to my BECU account, and will ensure I stay with BECU for a long time to come!

I love using this app! But since last night I am not able to log in using the app. When I go on the website I can sign in easily. On the app it tells me to try again. I don’t want to reset my password for the 5th time! Help!

Can’t get into my account. Only giving me options of forgot password or forgot username. I haven’t forgotten either. Hope this gets fixed. I don’t want to stop using the app.

Nice way of accessing/managing my bank account/money without having to deal with people

There is perpetually an error loading my Face ID and to please try again. I just use my password since there is no ETA of when this will work

First time I’ve ever had a hard time verifying my stuff due to not being able to provide the phone number and email address on file. But I already updated it info and still send verification code to the old account. I ended up spending a week trying to get my debit card stored in my apple wallet.

The BECU app is quick and easy. It was a big help when the transaction history was added. But, I still need the website to configure autopay. The last big hurdle to using the app more often than the website. Go BECU!
