I don’t trust bed bath & beyond anymore. The big company which I was their customer for long time. It’s big scam I ordered bed and next day I cancelled it. They didn’t accept it . I tried to reach out seller his/her email was wrong. The seller information wasn’t right. Bed bath & beyond keep forcing me to get the item which will come next 6 weeks from overseas don’t waste your time and money with online bed bath & beyond company because they are not the same company that we did shopping for long time.

Please do not buy from these liers. Check reviews on Better Business Bureau site.

Saw a nice dining table with chairs in the picture. When I bought it there were no chairs that came with it. Can’t even find chairs that go with the table that I can buy separately. SMH BBB is so misleading.

So I can create an account with Google on the website but not the app? I now have a web based account with my Google credentials but can’t sign in on the app for all the “great deals.” Also can’t track my order because I need the app to track - but again can’t login. Can you fix this?

The discount it shows, it’s fake. Don’t waste time downloading it.

Don’t waste your time. A lamp would’ve taken 10-17 weeks to deliver. Get real.

I thought using a reputable company would result in good customer service and I was wrong. First their inventory is wrong and I was unable to get my full order. When shipped the item was sent to the wrong address. When I finally got it I was unable to complete my nursery set and when I tried to return it they refused to assist me. Now I am left with a crib I will not be using. When asking for a manager they kept saying they would not be able to do anything different than what she was telling me. Absolutely horrible. Never shopping here again and if I were you I would not bother.
