## BeeHero.io Description
Built by commercial beekeepers for commercial beekeepers. The BeeHero app gives beekeepers unprecedented year-round visibility into their hives.

Beekeepers can:
Get higher per-hive payments for stronger hives
Reduce labor costs by improving the efficiency of everyday yard activities
Enable faster response time for needed interventions
Make hive deployment simpler and more accurate with precise mapping tools
Track the location of any hive that appears to have been moved without authorization.

The BeeHero app displays data derived from the BeeHero hardware connected to the hives and pallets in the apiary to give beekeepers actionable solutions to the everyday problems they are trying to solve.

The hardware consists of:
Sensor.
The BeeHero Sensor™This small yet powerful device measures key hive metrics, including temperature, humidity, and sound to give beekeepers 24/7 visibility into the health of the hive. It’s self-maintaining and has a minimum 3-year lifespan. 

Gateway.
Attached to the side of a hive (one per pallet,) the Gateway connects to the sensors and transmits their data directly to the app along with other information it collects on the surrounding environment. 

BeeHero gives commercial beekeepers a considerable advantage in the rapidly changing pollination landscape.
