## Beehive for Mobile Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful app"
All payments say they have failed yet the item is removed and payment is processed. The screen doesn’t render properly depending what device you are using. Considers students have to use this daily it’s awful you can’t even view lessons properly.
-- JayWicks90, 2026-03-09

### *---- "Listen to the reviews!"
I am fed up with this app. As a student i have to use it every day and it keeps getting worse every update. This recent one is a bit better but I still hate it like on the mobile app i cant check who gave me a reward or behaviour etc. The only good thing about this update is that they have added Apple Pay and Microsoft 365 Login. They have had multiple complaints to make it better including staff but they just want to make it worse for us.
-- Shann!!, 2026-02-03

### ***-- "Still a bit buggy"
This app is used by my son’s school for communication, payments, timetables, and setting homework. In most instances it works fine, though it would benefit from more testing before release as there are often bugs - from timetables not scrolling and snapping back to the top, to Apple Pay payments saying they have failed when actually your account has been debited. My only other complain is that the newsfeed seems to get about one update a year - if the school isn’t going to use it, why bother with it being there?
-- Andrew Tennant, 2026-01-24

### *---- "Bad"
Poorly made app have to enter your card every time and taboo poo app
-- SMH1306, 2025-11-23

### *---- "Rubbish app"
Useless app. Doesn’t work for iPhone
-- ally2575, 2025-11-04

### ****- "Improve payments"
It’s a fairly decent app now it’s been updated. It accepts Apple Pay, but when you get the smiley face saying it’s been paid and “order complete” from Beehive, the bit at the bottom says payment not complete. I almost paid twice but it had gone out of my account! That’s my only jiggle at the moment.
-- BlardyBlah, 2025-10-30

### ***** "Good app"
It has everything i need to know about what’s going on at my school the only problem is that there is a problem with the timetable where it wont let me scroll down and check what subjects i have
-- ZB|smek, 2025-09-02

### *---- "Horrible"
Barely works and shuts itself down when I try top up my card
-- Hillejdjdhndurjr, 2025-09-01

### ***** "Good app."
Only bad thing is when it says an error has occurred while trying to log in.
-- HP Student, 2025-07-08

### *---- "Issues"
It refuses to work on my phone and it’s always so slow when it used to. Come on lionheart get a better system
-- Jimmy from cedars, 2025-06-29
