The app tricks you into buying a yearly subscription out of the gate, without even showing a free “demo”. The idea of having 2-language texts is great, but the actual app is a waste of time and money. All texts and images are AI-generated and autotranslated and full of errors. The audio is also auto generated, “pronunciation” is robotic and annoying. The design is lousy, texts don’t fit in the screen and don’t scale natively on ios. Avoid this app.

I really like the concept of this app unfortunately it suffers from a major defect: the stories have been translated by an automatic translator and therefore are full of mistakes or at best don’t sound natural at all. I realized that when I, a native French speaker, read an Italian story and checked its translation in French. Half of it made no sense. As a speaker of Polish I also looked at the translation for another story and the text was completely wrong. This app would be wonderful if the texts were actually translated by native speakers. Until then it is absolutely not worth the money, worse it could actually impair your language learning by teaching wrong things.
Too small fonts in text even after enlargement, font inconsistency, in menu fonts much too big, not everybody uses standard settings, no Polish lamguage, no user friendly
