How much does Beelinguapp cost?
Beelinguapp has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is CHF 24.64.
I already did a other Review where I praised the App. But the problem is, it gets worse everytime I enter the App, meaning certain functions that are necessary just get unusable !
My main Problem is with the Flashcards. They used to be very good and helpful, because you could just highlight words that you didn’t understand while reading and learn them afterwards.
Now the Problem is, you cannot learn them because its takes such a long time for each and every card to load, that it is even annoying to learn. Now they fixed the performance a bit.
But new problems arised. Now you get a bunch of Blank Cards in your deck and the Words that you don't know and need Translation’s for don't even get Translated and just stay in the same language if you want to look at the answer.
I think instead of adding a bunch of New Features they should just improve and fix what they already have!
If this doesn't get fixed then I will have to cancel the subscription. But its unfortunate since i really like the app!

You let us down!
You completely changed your strategy by adding only text-to-speech AI. Stories are about emotions, nobody wants to listen to a story read by a robot. You let down every person who has supported you from the beginning and loved the fact that you were proud of providing stories read by native speakers. You are deceitful and disappointing. I hope people will let you down the same way you let us down.
Useless Filters, Useless Contact Form
This app is completely useless. If you filter for A1 (which I had to figure out how to do without any tutorial to help), you get stories for all levels from A2 to C1. I tried the contact form and it stated “thanks for the feedback “. I’m not giving feedback for a suggestion box, a user needs to know they will receive assistance. I was charged immediately even though I signed up for a trial, and now there is now way to cancel the free trial. Your app and business is useless, deceptive, and pointless. I want my money back!!
Cool - especially the News
Cool app to get accustomed to a language - I’m especially fond of the bilingual news even if the‘re read by a computer generated voice (which is at least in the russian version the case….)

Ich möchte Französisch lernen aber leider hört man, dass das Französische nicht die Muttersprache der Sprecherin ist. (Mein Mann ist Franzose und hat es sofort gehört) So lernt man eine falsche Aussprache. 😅 Schade.

Actually, a genius app to learn a language. I especially love the daily news, genius! I use the app daily with great enjoyment. The only thing is: there are some bugs in the app. E.g.: Sometimes news disappear, then they come back, you read something, doesn’t show as read and some other minor bugs. Nothing serious, but that‘s why I can’t call it a perfect app.
