Hello, I am someone who has Glaucoma - Advanced Glaucoma - a Degenerative Eye disease that causes gradual deterioration of eye sight. I am sure that I am not the only one in this category, and that there sure would be other people in the same boat as me. The Beem-It App has a very strong dominant white background, which makes it extremely difficult for Glaucoma sufferers and people with Vision Impairment and/or Low Vision to read text properly on a black text on strong white background scenario. The Beem-It App does Not appear to have a Dark Mode - Inverted Colour Scheme with White text on a pitch-black background - a Contrast mode far easier on the eyes of people with Glaucoma, Low Vision, and/or other forms of Vision Impairment. I like the kind of functionality that the Beem-It App has to offer, but due to Glaucoma, I don’t know how much longer I can keep using this App before I can’t read anything at all on it. It would be great if the App’s programming team could implement a Dark Mode for this App with the Inverted Colour Scheme with White text on a pitch-black background. Also, the pop-up keyboard must also have white text on a dark background to enable easier selection of keypad characters. The Beem-It App Icon has a dark purple background, and would be OK too for the inside of the App to feature white text on dark-purple background. That would work too. Have a look at Australia’s UBank App that does exactly that. Their App Icon features a dark-purple background, and the inside of their App also features white text on dark-purple background. Their App Colour Scheme is perfect and makes text easy to read, even for a Glaucoma person.The addition of a proper Dark Mode would greatly benefit all sufferers of any Disability of Vision Impairment. ; I had to type up this comment on a third party Note App that has Dark Mode, then copy and paste the text onto here. ; The lack of a Dark Mode seems to be common among all Finance and Banking Apps in the App Store.
