Debit uses take a day to reflect what you have spent so when you check your balance it’s inaccurate. A banks number one job is to keep track of your money and it can’t even do that! Why pay bank fees? Face ID barely works. I get logged out even if I select “remember me”. You can forget about changing your phone number as well, god forbid you ever needed to, they want you to call and there is always 50 callers ahead of you. This app has been nothing but an inconvenience. The maintenance was suppose to be completed at 7am, it’s hasn’t been working all weekend and when I log in it’s still not working.
