Keep track of countries and US states that you have visited, and if you wish, also when you visited. The app visualizes the visited countries both as a list, along with a ratio for each continent, and as a world map. The map can be shared on social networks, such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, using the standard iOS sharing functionality. You can compare your map with friends that also have the app, by sharing your map with them.
- If you miss the old look of the app, you can enable Classic Mode to get the old experience back. We hope you will like the new experience though, as we will continue to improve it.
PREMIUM MODE
There is a Premium Mode in the app that you can unlock, if you wish, by a single ONE-TIME In-App Purchase. It unlocks all features in the app.
Features unlocked with Premium Mode:
- In addition to states and regions in the US, with Premium, you can select regions in 25+ countries.
- Select cities and airports.
- More 3D globe filters.
- More visualizers, such as a chronologic map.
- Add local profiles, to allow for multiple maps and country selections.
- More detailed comparisons with more information.
- Share your timeline as a video.

Great app that is very aesthetic and easy to use. There is only one major gripe I have right now.
The export text file should export more extensive information - just a list with the countries is not enough when there are airports, cities, regions and so much more information to be added.
Great, but not perfect
Im using the app for many many years now and recently I've dug into some more precise location features, and I have some suggestions:
Timeline
1) in the "lived" option, there is no "still living" possibility and it forces you to select end date
2) for "been" options future dates should not be possible, it just makes the year selection process more cumbersome
3) would be great to add option to add cities to the timeline
4) it would be great to have an animation on the map of the travel timeline
Search
The search is cumbersome, the cities are sometimes in local country language, sometimes in English (e.g. Köln instead of Cologne) and the list suggests every small village there is instead of the best fit. Same applies to countries, I search for the USA and the USA is almost last option on the list
Map
What is the point of adding cities if they are not shown on the map? Shown them at least with pins
Nice app
Nice app - simple to use.
- It would be great to be able changing the colour from orange to some other.
- And to have the ability to manage multiple maps selections (family, mine, ...)
Best Travel app I've found
This app was recommended to me and it's the best I've tried.
To be perfect, it should be interactive though (be able to zoom in and out, show name when you tap on it & ideally be able to select the country with a tap and not by scrolling through the long list. A search function would help too - a bit tricky to locate the small islands)
Good, but I bought premium and…
What’s with the app only having cities and regions from a few select countries? After spending the last four months studying abroad in South America I can tell you that there are definitely cities and regions in countries other than Argentina and Brazil. Was excited to buy premium and update :(
Good
It’s a good app and I’ve been using it for many years. But my two main complaints is that “Airports” are a premium feature, I think it could be a basic one. And that when you tap on the bottom menu icons while already being inside of one of them, the app doesn’t take you back to the main screen of that tab, which is inconvenient. I don’t like reaching up to the “Back” icon all the time. I wish the devs would fix that
Great App…Needs More Maps
I’m loving the features and data in this app… it’s a phenomenal idea.
I would recommend including more map-types.. for instance, a global view of the regions you’ve been to, or pinpoints of just the cities.
As an American who’s never been to Alaska or Hawaii, seeing them highlighted on the world map is not an accurate representation of where I’ve been… I like seeing it for the countries, but if there was a similar map highlighting smaller areas that would be great.
Been using it for years and I like it but..
What’s going on with the Netherlands? I’m not sure why but I can’t remove 🇳🇱 from my wish list (I’ve been) and it also won’t stay in my been/visted! It keeps dispersing 😅 more annoying than anything as I from 34 countries to 33 every time I open the app. It doesn’t seem to do this with other countries either? Very confused. I like the app for what it does but this seems like a random annoyance than could be fixed easily.
Really Pretty, But Not Smart
I really wanted to like this app, it’s beautiful, and I love the info it gives on the countries, but it’s so irritating. For example- if you tell it you have been to Rome, it will not register that you have visited Italy! Also, it doesn’t seem to know that Portofino exists… even when having it translate city names. Just unusable because of this, unfortunately.
App is amazing
Really this app is amazing but i think it has some mistakes like it considered georgia as asia and for georgian and which is me its very unappleasing. Georgia is was and will be europe.
