## BeepBop Description
BeepBop is a training timer with a real workout log behind it. Set your beeps, train, and everything you did is recorded. No second app for tracking.

THREE WAYS TO TRAIN
• Intervals — clean beeps for work and rest. HIIT, circuits, running, mobility.
• EMOM — every minute on the minute drills, with the next move called before it starts.
• Counters — sets, reps and weight for gym work, logged with a tap.

A LIBRARY YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUILD
Browse a full library of presets for free weights, machines and bodyweight training, or build your own from scratch and save it. Send a workout to a training partner and it opens straight in their app.

YOUR BODY, MAPPED
Every exercise is mapped to the muscles it works. Train something and it lights up; recover and it fades back. Tap a muscle group to see the exercises and workouts that hit it.

APPLE WATCH — LEAVE THE PHONE IN YOUR BAG
A full Apple Watch app runs your workout live on your wrist: heart rate, calories, and sets logged right at the rack. Sessions appear on your phone the moment you finish, and haptics take over when your phone is on silent.

A COACH THAT KNOWS YOUR WEEK
Tell BeepBop your goals, experience and available equipment, and it suggests workouts that fit. Every week you get a report: volume against last week, muscle groups trained, active days, heart rate trends, and the exercises you let slip.

DESCRIBE A WORKOUT, GET A WORKOUT
Say or type what you want — "20 minutes, dumbbells only, upper body" — and BeepBop builds it, ready to run. Included with BeepBop Premium.

• Export finished sessions to your calendar
• Full-screen timer that stays awake and readable from across the gym
• Voice cues, custom sounds, and beeps that play over your music

BeepBop is free to use. BeepBop Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that unlocks AI workout generation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your account settings.
