## Be.EV Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Can’t create account and an error comes up on the desktop version when I enter an address. Pointless"
Awful
-- LeroyDancer, 2024-11-01

### *---- "Don’t work"
Plug in car pay for charging didn’t engage on both occasions and tried with card payment still didn’t work won’t be using again! Waste of my time!
-- hmmmm..ok, 2024-11-01

### ***** "Trafford centre"
Easy to use no hassle
-- 1965monkey, 2024-10-24

### *---- "Annoyed"
Absolutely garbage app. Support non existent one of the worst apps I have ever used. Would have given it zero stars if I could. Been with them since they started and this latest version is horrendous it won’t even let me log in. Reset numerous times and it goes nowhere. Avoid like the plague and charge somewhere more reliable.
-- Delthered, 2024-10-03

### ****- "Does the job"
Hate that I was forced to use the app rather than swipe a card though. You don’t want to see ACCESS DENIED when it’s dark and raining and you just want to get home
-- Chris Ferrell, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Do these chargers ever work?"
Parked at Oldham Royal, downloaded app (as I hadn’t bothered to install on my new phone as previously had trouble with Be.Ev). Entered all my details, only to be told the charger doesn’t work. What a waste of time.
-- NyeBar, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Registration failure"
Something went wrong when submitting the password. Really poor experience.
-- h:(;**$, 2024-08-21

### *---- "Useless"
Wouldn’t charge my ev9 at The Hale location via the app or contactless but happily took over £100 in pre-auths while I attempted to do so.
-- Jshack78, 2024-08-05

### ***** "Greatly improved app"
It works and it’s simple to use. I like it a lot
-- Scouser1870, 2024-07-29

### ***** "Simple and easy to use"
Nice and simple to use and much improved from earlier versions. I use this all the time without issues.
