Einfach wieder ein wenig Spaß am Bewegen finden und lernen, was es heißt, dem Körper was Gutes zu tun. Hier findet jeder sein Tempo, seine Schwierigkeit und das so wie man selbst möchte. Besser geht nicht!

Super für den Einstieg nach längerer Zeit ohne Sport. Jeden Tag gibt es neue Übungen, und der Humor kommt auch nicht zu kurz.

Da ich gravierende Gewichtsprobleme hatte, war ich auf der verzweifelten Suche nach Hilfe. 

Und diese App hat mir wieder Mut gemacht.
Ganz ehrlich: 5 Minuten schafft jeder.! 
Und mein Körper hat es mir gedankt. Es wird naben machbaren Übungen so Bibel Wissen vermittelt, das mir unglaublich geholfen hat. Ich hatte vor langer Zeit mit diesen 5Minuten Trainings begonnen und bin seither so unglaublich mobiler, fühle mich wesentlich gesünder und habe (mehr oder weniger als Nebenprodukt) auch 30kg Speck verloren :-)
Diese App kann auch Ihr Leben verändern - sie macht Lust auf mehr; und wenn nicht? 
>> täglich 5 Minuten machen im Jahr immerhin knapp 31 Stunden!!! also so viel mehr als Null!

Ich finde, die Übungen kann jeder machen, der evtl gerade beginnt, sich sportlich zu bewegen. Aber auch sportliche Menschen könnten diese paar Minuten am Tag machen. Finde ich toll morgens vor meinem eigentlich sportprogramm. Zum Aufwärmen 😍

... mit dieser App und dem tollen Programm von PurLive habe ich meine Eltern dazu bekommen auch wieder Aktiver zu werden. Besonderes Lob geht an den Trainer & Gründer Manuel der mit größter Leidenschaft, Freude und mit besonderem Wissen (über Gesundheit und Ernährung uvm...) phantastisch Motiviert und die Übungen anleitet. Ich selber nutze das große Programm von PurLive... Würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne 🌟 geben ... 😉👍 Danke für deine/eure Leidenschaft!

Tolle Übungen, die wirklich machbar sind.
Sehr viele Infos, das Mentaltraining finde ich auch super 👍🏼

Nur ein paar Probleme mit der Technik (iPad, falls das wichtig ist?):
Immer wieder „vergisst“ die App ein absolviertes Training, so dass mir am nächsten Tag das bereits gestern absolvierte Training als unerledigt angezeigt wird.
Ich kann weder das Schlußwort zu Woche 3 noch zu Woche 4 aufrufen. Auch nicht nach komplettem Abschluss der 4 Wochen.Schade...

Außerdem vermisse ich die Möglichkeit, die App mit dem purlife-Konto zu verbinden.
