## Beginning Description
The sound-therapy app studied by university researchers - reset stress and sleep better in 25 minutes. Just press play.

Trusted by 10 million+ listeners, with 200,000+ five-star reviews.

Beginning is built for everyone who can't sit still long enough to meditate. No lessons, no streaks, no discipline required. Put on your headphones, close your eyes, and let immersive 3D sound do the work - deep sleep tonight, a fresh start tomorrow.

WHAT MAKES BEGINNING DIFFERENT

Every audio journey blends binaural beats, calming sound frequencies, and nature sounds captured in real locations with three-dimensional recording technology. The result is sound so vivid and enveloping that racing thoughts quiet down on their own. If you can listen, you can do this.

3D SOUND JOURNEYS - NOW 10 LEVELS DEEP

Progress through ten levels of immersive 25-minute journeys, each one deeper and more personal than the last. NEW: Level 10 has arrived - six of our most advanced journeys yet, crafted for the deepest relaxation we've ever produced.

SLEEP SOUNDS & SOUND THERAPY

Drift off faster with soothing soundscapes made for deep sleep, stress relief, and anxious minds. Binaural beats, ASMR, gentle rain, ocean waves - your perfect night is in here.

BACKGROUND MUSIC

Set the ambience for any moment: focus while working or studying, unwind after a long day, or create a calm space at home with continuous relaxing music and white noise.

CLARITY TEST

How clear is your mind today? Answer a short series of questions and get your personal clarity score - then watch it climb as you listen.

BACKED BY UNIVERSITY RESEARCH

Our sound technology was studied by researchers at Rutgers University School of Nursing, with results published in a peer-reviewed journal (The Journal for Nurse Practitioners, 2023). In the study of 100 healthcare workers, perceived stress was reduced by 75% after 30 days of daily listening - a statistically significant drop from moderate to low stress. New independent sleep research is now underway.

WHAT LISTENERS SAY

"It's so much more than an app. It's a powerful and life-changing experience!"

"I was skeptical at first. But once I started listening, my thoughts stopped racing and the binaural music transported me to another world."

"I look forward to going to sleep every night - 25 minutes of pure bliss."

SUBSCRIPTION, PRICING & TERMS

## Beginning Reviews in United States

### ***** "Another great journey"
Each day brings a new adventure to your mind and soul surrounding you with sound and energy and allowing your your mind to rebalance and prepare for the day ahead.
-- writerwanttobe5, 2024-12-22

### *---- "No help here"
Too much music not enough Nature
-- JeenC, 2024-12-09

### *---- "This is a scam"
No free trial
They lie to you. They tell
You it’s a free trial then when you cancel account they charge you and then tell
You that you didn’t request a refund, just to cancel. Then when you request a refund they say they don’t give refunds, that they’re in the EU and cannot give so don’t try it. What a run around.
-- Kim1725, 2024-11-10

### *---- "Clarity test"
I’ve tried to take the test several times but it doesn’t work.
-- SofiaG36, 2024-10-28

### **--- "intro needs help"
The intro to every episode is abrasively loud. The sound isn’t balanced so I have to turn it all the way down then up, then down again
and up. Also the skip all intros toggle doesn’t work. I have it toggled on but I still hear the intros which is okay because I like the girl the explains the upcoming episode it’s just the chime before and the chime after that’s too loud.
-- Notafan2.0, 2024-10-07

### *---- "Just another scam unfortunately"
I did the free trial and cancelled. They still charged my credit card the next 2 months. I tried to go in the app to see what happened but it said I didn’t have an account anymore. So I emailed them to refund the $40. They said it was signed up for twice but only cancelled once. What?!?! Never again. I usually don’t do these app things for exactly this reason.
-- wwmille, 2024-10-01

### ****- "Excellent, just needs a bug fix"
I enjoy the app, and would love to be able to listen to the sound therapy, however it looks like it keeps trying to load the track, but doesn’t play it.
-- Indigo1108, 2024-09-30

### **--- "Constantly glitching"
I’ve had this app for years but for like the last 3 months it’s constantly glitching not loading my sounds. I pay for the whole year & my renewal just came for $100 not trying to pay that much for a app that’s constantly crashing
-- Gsom_, 2024-09-23

### ***** "deeply grateful"
I’m thrilled because this app is helping me dive back into a meditation practice that I know I need but have been avoiding. I’ve felt resistant to sitting in order to focus only on the breath. So, when I came across it, I was intrigued by this app. It had me considering how specific sensory focus could make a lot of sense in conjunction with a breathwork practice. I also appreciated the idea of a scientific approach that might progressively create cognitive connections; might increase intuition.

And the free trial had me immediately convinced! I reached out to support with some questions, a touch of constructive criticism and a request for help in bypassing the free trial so that I could pay for full access. From support, I received the most prompt, kind and useful responses. It further solidified to me that this is a service of value. It’s led by people who care to spread something good and will show it.

The app is equally as fulfilling. I find it to be a really pleasing platform for the eyes and the ears. The artwork is breathtaking. The binaural beats with the sounds and music massage and tickle my brain. I’m drawn to it. I can focus on it. After several of the Sound Journeys, I feel an ability to focus coming back. The instant progress has me feeling joy at the return of an ability to release without following all of the occurring thoughts. I’m deeply grateful for this app and that return.
-- keeleykamper, 2024-09-06

### ***** "Track malfunction"
Although I love Synctuition and would definitely recommend to my friends and family, I’ve had the experience of track malfunctioning. The track just stops playing usually at the 15 minutes interval. Also I have been having difficulties maki g the tracks play. It keeps buffering.
