اسواء خدمة عملاء في العالم لا أتوقع وجود اسواء من هذه الشركة، لا يعرفون ما هي وظيفة خدمة العملاء .

Worst customer service. Do not waste your money

I pay for Bein satellite service so I can use bein connect on multiple devices. Football is often on when I am at the office, in a car, or at home. Over night they cut all my devices off and only let me have it on an iPad. The website still says you can register 3 devices. The customer support line says no, you can only have 1 now. I regret giving this company my money.

I don’t understand why BEIN can’t make working APP

Honestly I regret the time I wasted trying to create an account using your application, you can’t proceed because the application is not triggering the SMS to my mobile number , I tried multiple times from different devices and no response at all, I am really surprised and disappointed. This is really causing you a damage to your reputation and harming your business badly.

Pure Fraud !!

I have one year contract, they stopped taking the monthly charge and stopped the subscription and i thought the subscription is over Then when i want to renew they asked for 3 months previous charge when it was not working in the first place !!

I just subscribed to watch on the phone but it’s not working and I can’t imagine a big company like that has no email for complains Bad ratings
