I am being scammed by your organization

I paid for a 1 year subscription at the end of January 2024. I paid the $99.99 cost. Today is February 2, my subscription is yet to be activated. I wanted to watch Afcon 2024, but I have not been able to. The phone numbers linked to your company account: 1-305-777-1900 and 1-844-234-6872 do not work. What is going on? I will definitely not recommend BeIN sports to my friends!

Needs improvement

As much as I like Al Jazeera, I must say that this application does not meet the quality of Al Jazeera’s service. The application could clearly benefit from some serious improvements – not intuitive and has limited options. I find it hard to switch between commentators, and I’m not even sure if there’s an option for that. I am also unable to re-watch games. I hope that in the future, the app will be updated to include these features and offer a more user-friendly experience.

Disappointment

You are not showing Ghana vs cape vert match but you are asking us to pay another channel to watch the match though we have already pay for your channel. That’s not fair we don’t appreciate
