I moved countries a year ago and the beIN site still thinks I am living in my previous country of residence. After a thousand calls with the help desk.. and having registered 3x new log in’s… still don’t have access. There goes watching any sport in Hong Kong. Help Desk’s reply “create a new account with a new email address”… even after doing this 3 times already. Still… one year later… no beIN! I really hope F1 boot beIN…
Downloaded and subscribed to the monthly package so that I can miss the live race thanks to this lousy streaming app. Live races don’t even stream. Huge disappointment.
subscribed only to watch f1 and they cant even do one thing right, app wouldnt even load, please stay away from their subscription
The app does not support mini in-screen playback while using other apps on the phone. I’d rather go for Singtel cast at this rate.
I have access to Bein Sport Connect via my cast.sg Sport Plus subscription, but I cannot watch anything on Bein Sport without paying a separate Bein Sport subscription again. I have patiently tried with Singtel support for more than 30 minutes on the phone, 7 different devices and 2 hours of trying everything. I have now given up and accepted that my money spent is wasted and I do not get to enjoy the Champons League game I had planned with my son. It is simply a poor product. Don’t buy it - you don’t get what you paid for and there is no help to get. They have no problem getting the money off your account though. That part works perfectly.
The apps initially was doing well however the last few months it doesn’t work at all and worst is that I cannot even connect to the tv using the browser. Paid for the yearly subscription but cannot watch, the help button offers no help!!!

The whole server is down for the first round of F1. What’s the point of paying for a subscription when the quality is not there?!!! Even on normal days, the streaming gets hang frequently and don’t blame it on my internet as I’m streaming online too and it’s much faster than BEIN. Please wake up and do something to it.
I subscribed to watch F1. On more than 2 occasions, streaming hung, making me miss the live race (most recent is the monaco grand prix on 26 May 2024). This is a paid app. Subscribers pay to watch live events/matches. Not the video replays. Just read all the comments and reviews of this all. I wish another streaming company gets the broadcast rights.
