A Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) tool that adjusts to your time schedule. Words with quality music.
Updated and now free. Your new player comes loaded with our first title: Life Simply - others title will follow, for a fee.
This app features custom duration buttons for PMR: Deep Breathing, Progressive Muscle Relaxation and Inspirational Imagery, followed by a time of extended music. Session can range from as little as 2 minutes to up to 22 minutes in length. Included is a "booklet" on stress causes and solutions to help you get the most from this app.

This high quality relaxation and meditation media is practical help for real world stress management. ### ***** "Great for overcoming panic attacks"
I have had panic disorder for 50 years and I have spent the past 37 years learning about it and recovering from it. Panic attacks begin to manifest from a combination of several factors converging and each need to be addressed. One of them is learning to calm the mind and thus the body and slow down the release of cortisol that's agitating the nervous system. This app and the other CDs Everett and Sylvia have produced are exceptional and bring about a wonderful calm when listened to. Adding in Gods affirming Words (on their CDs) bring about a new level of healing. Everett's voice is incredibly calming. The instrumental soothing. The imagery and guidance relaxing. Having this app available on my phone allows me to listen to it anytime I need to slow down those racing negative thoughts and bodily reactions that can often lead to a panic response. I listen to it via my Blue Tooth in my car also. A great asset since driving makes me anxious. So by all means check this app out. You will surely be blessed!!
