## Being Description
One minute to calm. The antidote to chaos is stillness.

Most meditation apps have become obstacles to meditation. Hundreds of choices. Subscription tiers. Decision fatigue before you even begin.

Being is different. Open it. It starts. No decisions. Just breathing.

HOW IT WORKS
• Inhale (4 sec) → Hold (1.5 sec) → Exhale (8 sec) → Hold (1.5 sec)
• The 2:1 exhale ratio signals your nervous system to relax
• Based on Dr. Daniel Amen's clinically-proven 15-second protocol

WHAT MAKES BEING DIFFERENT
• Gentle taps and sounds guide you with eyes closed
• Works on Apple Watch even when screen dims
• Works on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV
• No subscriptions. No accounts. No tracking.
• One minute to calm. Four breathing cycles. That's all it takes.

In a world of constant doing, try Being.

## Being Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best Breathing App!"
Being is the simplest breathing app that i can find after trying out other applications. What makes being standout is the minimal design and automatically beginning breathing when opening the app. Being also works really well for apple watch and pairs easily with phone shortcuts. Overall best to have!
