## BÉIS Reviews in United States

### *---- "No longer works"
The app no longer works.
-- JesG27, 2025-06-05

### *---- "Could not redeem discount because of delays & lack of info!"
Downloaded the app to get 15% off — looked everywhere for where this promo code was to redeem it. I looked on the website, I googled, I waited to see if something would come up at checkout. I didn’t get a notification for the promo code until after I decided to hit purchase. Very frustrating! Love this brand but immediately deleting the app and just purchasing from the website next time.
-- savriley11, 2025-06-02

### **--- "Doesn’t work"
I’ve used this app thousands of times. All of a sudden it won’t open and it’s stuck on the welcome screen. Please help.
-- CBA831510, 2025-03-29

### ***** "Great App"
The Beis App is so user friendly and easy to shop on. I love it and frequently shop on the app.
-- Carmsbby, 2025-02-19

### *---- "Bad customer service"
Didn’t get my package and no one helped. It’s been months. They will write emails but no real results
-- Reeni84, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Buggy pointless app"
Why do you need an app to purchase luggage? The only reason is to get the APP15 discount. But the app is buggy and shows you incorrectly qualifying for free shipping when they still charge you. Contacted support and they said “sorry you were confused”. Oh and during check out it constantly reselected “subscribe to marketing emails”. Shady
-- Millennialist, 2025-01-22

### ***** "Excellent travel companions"
I have bought this set of luggage for both my 20 and 30-some daughters. They are absolutely loving it!!
-- pamdora777, 2025-01-20

### ***** "In LOVE with BÉIS"
I got my first Wicked green small carry-on roller last year and I’m OBSESSED!!! So I just purchased the Crescent Catchall in burgundy for my everyday bag and the Sport Duffle in black for everything else that doesn’t fit in my luggage when I travel.
-- 51tlc, 2025-01-17

### ***** "Stylish and Functional Travel Essentials You’ll Love"
I’ve been using Beis for a while now, and I’m absolutely impressed with their products! The attention to detail, functionality, and style is unmatched. Their travel bags are not only chic but also incredibly practical, with thoughtful compartments that make packing and organizing so much easier.

The Weekender Bag is my go-to—it fits everything I need for short trips, and the bottom compartment is perfect for shoes or bulky items. The material feels durable, and the design always gets compliments.

What I love most is that Beis doesn’t just focus on aesthetics—they truly prioritize functionality for travelers. Whether it’s the luggage with built-in weight indicators or the practical toiletries case, every product feels like it’s been designed with real-life travel in mind.

Highly recommend Beis if you’re looking for stylish, high-quality travel essentials!

### ***** "BÉIS is the way to go!!!!"
If you are traveling you need these bags. They are perfect for any amount of traveling.
-- jackie2597, 2024-12-14

### ***** "Amazing cute bags"
I bought the sports duffle in black. Greatest purchase ever. Take it everywhere to travel. Just purchased the sports belt bag in black. Super excited!!
-- hzhbsx, 2024-12-11

### ***** "Easy Peasy"
Love how easy this app is to navigate! Thank you for making the shopping experience enjoyable! It was very refreshing after my last online experience with a different company.
-- Life Coach Lynn, 2024-12-06

### *---- "But why…"
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The BÉIS app and these “timed deals” make shopping unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I reached out for assistance while a promotion was still active, only to be met with rigid policies and no flexibility. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, these time-sensitive discounts and app-exclusive offers create confusion and a poor customer experience. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a source of stress and disappointment. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from BÉIS again.
-- Andrewwiech, 2024-12-03

### ***** "BEIS fan"
I absolutely love all the pieces I’ve purchased and can’t wait to receive the luggage covers for all 3 pieces💜💜💜
-- Gsdw12, 2024-12-03

### **--- "Disappointed"
Like the suitcase, but not customer service
-- cdbr, 2024-11-30

### ***** "40% discount was not given to me during the appy hour it is 3:53 PST"
40% discount was not given during appy hour it is 3:53 pst
-- Chinosoccergirl, 2024-11-29

### ***** "Wicked!"
First Wicked Purchase!
-- Princessdes11, 2024-11-20

### ***** "Carryon cover"
Just to protect my luggage and read the great reviews.
-- La’Vell, 2024-11-13
