Aus Sicherheitsgründen ist kein gleichzeitiges Login im BEKB Kundenportal und in der BEKB App möglich. Setzen Sie ein Gerät mit aktuellem Betriebssystem ein.

Sicherheit
Die BEKB App bietet dieselbe Sicherheit wie das BEKB Kundenportal. Die Authentisierung basiert auf den modernsten technologischen Sicherheitsverfahren. Die Daten werden stark verschlüsselt übermittelt. Ausserdem verlangt ein Sicherheitsmechanismus bei bestimmten Zahlungen eine zusätzliche Freigabe. Wird die BEKB App geschlossen, erfolgt eine automatische Abmeldung.

Vollmundig wurden Optimierungen!! versprochen, nur dass jetzt der Loginprozess gefühlt mehr als 60 Sekunden dauert und im Weiteren in der App nicht alles dargestellt wird. Ist denn das IT Team nach einer Wochenendwartung nicht in der Lage ihre Arbeiten zu kontrollieren bevor diese in den Store geladen und den BEKB Usern zugemutet wird???? Absolut ungenügend!! Leider sind 0 Sterne nicht möglich.
