Wat is er gebeurd na de update? In het weekend lees ik mij bij in de kranten van de voorbije week, echter dit weekend kan ik enkel de kranten nog zien van zaterdag. Op allerhande manieren ben ik opzoek gegaan naar bijvoorbeeld de krant van vrijdag en dat lukt mij niet meer. Voor mijn professioneel werk is het nuttig om in de actualiteit (lees: kranten) van de voorbije week opzoekingen te doen. Graag terug de vorige versie van Belgapress!

Een app waarvan de UI zich niet aanpast aan het toestel waarop het gebruikt wordt, is dus voor een groot deel gebruikers gewoon onbruikbaar. 

Als ik nieuws zou willen lezen op het formaat van mijn gsm, zou ik gewoon mijn gsm gebruiken

Ik heb de app een par keer gedownload maar kom telkens niet verder dan de eerste pagina -
toestemming om notifications te sturen. Ik kan niets aanvinken, niet voor of achteruit.

Wat een belabberde app toch. Nooit onthoudt die je zoekvoorkeuren, de navigatie trekt op niets en topics die je volgt bevatten ineens compleet andere berichten in die filter. Met de nieuwe versie geraak ik zelfs niet meer ingelogd.

Impossible d’ouvrir l’app. Reste bloquée sur "Nous sommes désolés… Une erreur est survenue, veuillez vous reconnecter". Et le service ne répond pas à mes mails. Inutilisable.

Je logt in en de app blijft steken op Let us notify you. En da's zelfs niet essentieel voor mij als gebruiker. De app wordt ook niet getoond in menu meldingen. Na wissen, herstarten en herinstalleren niet beter. Wie verzint het ook om mensen dior een Wizard met bijzaken te nemen ipv meteen goed gebruik aan te bieden.

Si elle fonctionnait correctement tout le temps, cette application serait fantastique. Hélas, dans mon cas, les pages des journaux du jour s’affichent selon l’humeur de l’appli. Aujourd’hui comme hier et bien d’autres jours, neuf sur dix n’apparaissent pas. Bref, c’est inutilisable.

Pour mon travail, j’utilise cette application qui semble tout droit sortie de 2005! 

Interface, fluidité, exploitation des recherches, moteur de recherche, personnalisation de l’interface… tout est dépassé et occasionne de la frustration à l’usage. 

L’application web n’est pas mieux et malheureusement c’est la seule offre pour d’accéder à l’ensemble de la presse en Belgique. 

Vivement qu’un concurrent émerge et mette la pression pour élever le niveau, car il ne semble pas que l’entreprise cherche à améliorer son offre de service et se contente d’un produit bâclé et peu exploitable.
