## Believ Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Awful"
Awfully non reliable service, in my 8 minutes walking distance there are 10 points 3 occupied 7 out of order.
-- Saker999, 2026-02-12

### ***** "Best Charge Point App Ever!"
Friendly and very helpful when in doubt about the app. Thank you Believ!
-- iukhjhhgffghuyrewdg, 2026-01-28

### *---- "Terrible app"
The user experience is terrible. You can’t sign up from inside the app and as a guest in the app getting the payment is very unpredictable. Please sort it out!
-- TomStudd, 2025-10-04

### *---- "Terrible app"
Terrible app! Does not remember your details. You can’t work out if you actually plugged in to a machine. Hardly ever recognises your details.
-- nunu1863782, 2025-06-22

### *---- "Unknown error"
I’ve been trying to set up another app account for 20 minutes, only to get an “unknown error” message after entering my contact details, postal address, card details etc. I’m having to give up and try and find a different supplier.
-- Southernpuck, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Totally unacceptable"
It failed again and again to add my credit card with "unexpected errors". Just add Apple Pay, as you obviously don't know how to handle credit cards. There so many companies you can delegate that. Did you vibe code the payment system?

Ridiculous experience
-- istephanos, 2025-05-24

### *---- "Avoid"
Avoid using. Rubbish they charge me and then cancel and then I tried re doing and got charged again and cancelled
-- Sule27883, 2025-05-01

### *---- "Ana"
Very rubbish system they put in my worst area where there is never signal when I call for help they saying sorry cannot help you about it … just waste of time
-- AnaMJY, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Needs an update"
Needs an update too buggie
-- JordanJamal95, 2024-10-14

### *---- "Waste of time"
Followed the long winded steps of downloading the app and inserting card details etc. Started the charge and left. Came back an hour later and it was still showing it’s charging but when I checked the car it had not even charged 1%. Waste of time
