Other online banking makes it easier but only bz bank gives trouble always -- Western locak, 2025-12-30 ### *---- "Communication" As a customer of the Belize Bank for several year, I have had good experiences. However, the great customer service I once expected has been reduced to poor and inconsistent communication, recurring service issues and sheer lack of interest to resolve matters in a timely manner. There is no point in offering various services that their current staff simply can’t upkeep. -- Michael Olstein, 2025-07-28 ### **--- "Working properly" It to fix the problem with the system if you are trying to use the finger or password it telling you that internet connection problem when your internet is good -- Shayraven, 2025-07-12 ### **--- "Soft token" The soft token feature is a great idea but users should have their own option to enroll and un-enroll devices for soft token devices alongside the extra features to make sure it’s confirmed from just the user. -- beansecc, 2024-03-25 ### *---- "Poorly designed, abandonware junk" Belize Bank recently forced the use of this soft token nonsense on online bankers, but obviously haven’t thought any of this through. Push notifications for login haven’t worked for almost 6 months now and the OTP’s first generated password/code is always wrong (probably caused by latency in generating the code when iPhone is in standby mode). There’s no way to export the cryptographic hash to another app so that I don’t have to use their poorly designed authenticator. So I’m forced to open my phone every time I want to log in, open the app, wait for the first key to expire, then enter the second one. In an effort to troubleshoot I just reinstalled the app hoping that might fix some of these issues, only to find out that there’s no way to log in now as OTP and Push notifications aren’t working on this device anymore, and somehow Belize Bank does not have SMS 2FA, or some alternate system should your phone be lost or stolen. Scotia Bank used to use security questions and allowed you to add a device to a trusted list. Now, If I were able to export the hash for Belize Bank’s OTP to another (better designed) app like any of the myriad authenticator apps or plugins for safari, I’d have no problem, but alas, Belize Bank in their infinite wisdom does not allow this. Please update this junk app. Please allow us to export the hash to another authenticator. Please try to be just half as good as scotia bank was. -- Joshua Bodden, 2023-05-24 ### *---- "Awful" This app is the worse. The OTP disappeared from my app then it doesn’t send the push notification so I can not log in the app or the website because none of the 2 work! -- Me88u, 2023-01-28 ### *---- "OTP" The soft token was poorly designed. This feature is a good way to make account more safe but at the same time puts users at risk of losing access to their online banking in the event if a user change or lose their mobile device. This feature needs an overhaul with proper thinking and many real world use cases to improve usability of the app and feature. Should allow users to add, remove, change soft token to other devices as long as the user authorize. Or better yet allow text or email option for the codes. -- OrdinaryReviewGuy, 2022-12-25 ### ****- "Soft Token Enrollment on New Devices" I believe that you guys can give a option that Un Enrolls a device from the soft Token trusted device in case someone changes device. -- roidevoleurs, 2022-09-15 ### *---- "Can’t update app" Inside the app says “update available” with an update now button, but clicking on that doesn’t work to update... it take me back to open the app. Any suggestions? -- n0z1r0H, 2020-02-26 ### **--- "Can’t log in!" After new version on iOS it is impossible to log in because ‘update now’ pop up hinders log in page. iOS has automatically updated the app. New version seems to favor android users. Please rectify. -- Mojo2dg, 2020-02-26 [View all Belize Bank Mobile Banking reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Belize Bank Mobile Banking - [Accounting App - Zoho Books](https://apptail.io/app/accounting-app-zoho-books-UYd/belize) - [Recorder Plus: Voice Recorder](https://apptail.io/app/recorder-plus-voice-recorder-Adf/belize) - [Budget App & Expense Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/budget-app-expense-tracker-HJq/belize) - [Expedia Group Partner Central](https://apptail.io/app/expedia-group-partner-central-pBM/belize) - [Scanner - convert photo to pdf](https://apptail.io/app/scanner-convert-photo-to-pdf-wNbb/belize) - [NBB](https://apptail.io/app/nbb-Jcvb/belize) - [Cam Scan - PDF Scanner & OCR](https://apptail.io/app/cam-scan-pdf-scanner-ocr-qmZb/belize) - [Budgeting App - Spend Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/budgeting-app-spend-tracker-Vpnk/belize) - [Receipt & Invoice Maker App](https://apptail.io/app/receipt-invoice-maker-app-mqKm/belize) - [RepairBuddy - AI Fix](https://apptail.io/app/repairbuddy-ai-fix-SVVw/belize) ## Belize Bank Mobile Banking Available In - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/belize) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/united-states) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/mexico) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/australia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/norway) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/taiwan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/belize-bank-mobile-banking-XXMk/brazil) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
