## Bell Living Reviews in United States

### **--- "Service fee"
The service fee is crazy expensive, in my previous apartment there wasnt even a service fee for paying my rent, i just payed 70 dollars extra.
-- Kodex08, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Not great"
App is hard to use (e.g. how do you submit an emergency request), and has bugs (e.g. pop up menus allow taps to go through to the underlying interface which ends up canceling the pop up while using it).
-- OxHeads, 2024-12-17

### ***** "Great app and even better management !!!"
No complaints!!! New Management at Bell place Miramar has really made this place feel like home again !!
-- 1d fan since 2009, 2024-12-16

### **--- "Application rating"
It does not contain any information on the balance of payments, it is very basic and impractical.
-- Albaledy, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Needs improvements"
Doesn’t save username and password even though there is an option to. Cannot go back and look at past payments and fees
-- trying ib texas, 2024-11-28

### ***** "So far so good"
Makes keeping track of payment and maintenance easier.
-- hfhjbvjjlihgdcb, 2024-11-22

### ***** "They are so fast"
They are so quick. Fix things the next day. They leave a note that it’s fixed. They lock the door behind themselves and they don’t touch anything else. It’s perfect.
-- mikgriffin, 2024-11-20

### ***** "Easy Maintenance Issue Reporting"
I love the app-so easy to report any maintenance issues!
-- Millemm, 2024-11-14

### **--- "Great concept, horrible tactics"
Upon moving into my residence, i was given multiple options to be able to pay for my monthly rent (check, money order, WIPS, etc.). Recently in the past 2 months, my community management has removed all payment options, except for through this app. With that being said, when i select my my payment method (wire from bank, using debit/credit card), i’m charged an additional $55.59 for “processing fees”. If I only had enough to pay my monthly rent and couldn’t afford the extra “processing fee”, it would be MY fault. I love how I’m able to pay it at the comfort of my time and place, i just hate that i’m charged more money for just trying to pay my rent. 2 out of 5 stars for me. :(
-- Primo772, 2024-11-03

### *---- "Useless app"
Barely works most of the time, doesn’t work at all on the first of the month when rent is due
-- Renter123456, 2024-11-01
