Does not show or keep saved or temporary videos. Half the time it doesn’t show current view of the outdoors even when someone rings the doorbell and keeps saying trouble shoot or retry.

Nothing but a problem to reset

This needs to be reviewed and repaired.

We can not believe the cost that is involved in this bell system. We have had nothing but trouble with the system since the day we bought it. Again this week we were out and all of a sudden the alarms are going of, they are calling us and the fire department shows up at the house and we find out we have a faulty system that will need a technician out to fix it at our cost. Told them no it’s at your cost as we didn’t install a faulty system you did. Every month we get charged our bill and yet this month I am with a security system for 8 days until they can get someone in to fix it. So if I power up my system again for my protection which I’m paying a monthly fee for and the alarms all go off again and the fire department is sent by the monitoring company for another false alarm I am getting charged by the local fire department to. Can not believe this. So I thought I’m not happy at all with the system but I need some sort of security as I’m locked in for another year and a bit so let’s look at security for the front to while the technicians are here. Wow 199 for the camera and 175 for the installation and travel time at 95 cents a kilometre. Time to look for a new company as soon as this contract is up. They definitely are not customer friendly here. When we first got the system it sounded so good and as we had a previous break-in we thought this would give us less stress to know we were safe. The stress that all the problems we are having with a system that does not work but we have to continually pay for is far greater than the thought of a break in. So thank you bell for making life miserable for us at our age.
