With the Bell Wi-Fi app, easily take control of your home network.

Enjoy great features to:

•	Automatically protect your devices against real-time threats like ransomware, phishing and malware with the AI enhanced Guard feature*. 
•	Create a healthy and productive online environment for your household with content filtering and blocking *. 
•	Easily share your Wi-Fi password by text message, email and more.
•	Control your entire Wi-Fi network by setting up who gets connected and when.
•	Pause the Internet connection on any device, whenever you want.
•	See who’s connected to your network and which devices are most active. 
•	Create unique profiles for all users, assign their devices and personalize their Internet access with preset categories like Kid/Teen/Adult *. 
•	Run speed tests and see signal strength by device.
•	Install and manage Wi-Fi pods.


* Exclusive to customers with a Home Hub 4000, Giga Hub, or Giga Hub 2.0. 


Requirements:

The Guard feature and its components are exclusive to customers with a Giga Hub, Giga Hub 2.0 or a Home Hub 4000 in all regions.

You’d think with it being almost 2025 and Bell supposedly specializing in internet connectivity, that they would’ve ironed out connectivity issues both with their internet services and their wifi app, but no, terrible internet services and an app that doesn’t log in. Truly unbelievable. If there were ever an industry ripe for disruption, it is the telecommunications industry.  Can’t wait for a serious reliable service provider to become available. Would be switching in a heartbeat.

Wow! The purpose of this app is to setup internet while connected with the device WiFi. Except you need to sign up and create a Bell account to use the app — which uses a WebView browser on the internet. What?

Come on. First it’s install too large. Next it’s literally impossible to actually use without disconnect and connecting to the internet another way.

Really annoying every time you use the app to log in again with password. Why?

Not a good user interface.. where to begin: setting up downtime is really confusing if you want different days to behave differently. Then watch out if you temporarily lift the downtime, it’s really easy to delete the entire schedule. And then you’re back to figuring out again how to make it work (10 min of fiddling )

This is not a good app. It’s a web app which does not work well for iPhone and is not intuitive

App consistently slows down, glitches and crashes. As others have reported it often breaks on the loading screen before the app has even opened. So when you’re trying to get something done sometimes you just have to accept it won’t be. 

Also consistently logs me out of my account despite the fact I’ve checked the remember me box and just all around a poorly maintained app. 

IF you’re able to open it, the app is actually designed well and has lots of features. But until I know I can actually open it when I need to, poor rating.

Named devices to keep them straight so I can manage kids’ screentime. App literally renamed all devices with seemingly Chinese names. I’m baffled.
