## bellagreen Reviews in United States

### *---- "Fix the Ap"
Can never apply rewards. So annoying.
-- jbkhoustontexans, 2026-09-08

### **--- "Fix auto add tip"
If I click to change the tip and go back and then forward again, it reverts my changes. Please fix this, it shouldn’t even auto add the tip. That’s wrong, pay your employees don’t beg for tips.
-- JoeDabs, 2026-07-17

### *---- "One Tech Issue After Another"
Using the app for TO GO orders is the most annoying experience. FOR MONTHS I can’t apply rewards or credits at check out in this app. Someone please FIX IT!!!
For the longest time, I couldn’t take lettuce off of my hamburger because of technical issue that would cause an error message at check out, making it impossible to submit an order. Can you imagine the time it took to troubleshoot what was going on and why it wouldn’t let us place an order!?? It’s completely ridiculous.
-- LCBG81, 2026-04-02

### ***** "A Favorite"
I’ve been coming to Bella for years. Love their prices, fresh food, changing seasonal menu, and shaded patio. It’s a perfect stop to sip some wine and relax.
-- tamra_lb, 2025-10-09

### *---- "Deceptive Tipping"
Tips are automatically added on the last screen after the total screen.
-- YaBear, 2025-10-06

### ****- "Apple Pay"
Would be nice if on the app they accepted Apple Pay
-- IMQUEENBIH, 2025-07-31

### **--- "Going downhill"
I have loved the food at Bellagreen since my first order. Over the last few orders lately, it has been going downhill. The service has not been up to the same standards. Today the lettuce in the salad was black and moldy. The pita bread was burned. They gave me the wrong dressing. The hummus tasted sour like an ingredient was not fresh. Not sure what is happening but I will definitely question next time paying the premium prices for subpar service and quality of food.
-- SadieSays12, 2025-07-10

### ****- "Please add a side salad to your sides!"
Used to be able to get a regular side salad now it’s missing from the selection
-- klklg10, 2025-06-28

### ***** "Amazing"
I absolutely love this place! The food and everyone who works there are amazing too.
I have celiac and this place has always been a safe place to eat for me.
I drive 40min just to go and have a wonderful late lunch.
Everything on the menu is amazing and fresh.
You won’t be disappointed.
-- clights12, 2025-01-09

### *---- "Closed order unexpectedly"
Trash app. Once you order and close the app even for a moment, it loses your whole order and you have to start over.
