I have to ring and speak to a person (who can barely speak English) to be able to do that. But at least it will let me change my date of birth and my phone number — this is useful stuff. Their pathetic “security” theatre sends a two factor authentication by SMS text message or by unencrypted plain email. Here in the 21st century, we like to use TOTP or HOTP authentication keys, particularly to secure phone numbers, which Belong don’t seem too worried about. Don’t use this app and don’t use this service provider, both are complicit in data leakage and takeover fraud. -- Sudden Curfew, 2024-10-09 ### ***-- "Invoice download not working" Can’t download my invoices from the app. Will show on screen but not give the option to ‘save to files’. My father and I have been Belong customers for just over four years now, and both of us are extremely happy with our Telco provider. Data rollover was a big incentive to joining, along with operating on the Telstra network. We get by with our call/data plans, which covers our needs very well. We would happily recommend Belong to others for a simplified service without a tonne of extra add ons that you pay for and never use.
