Took four hours to get a confirmation order. The restaurant doesn’t have a record of the app order four hours ago. -- Kof2000, 2025-09-29 ### *---- "Don’t work with Beluga" They don’t do anything for their app and expect you to drive sales from your website and taking all other sales from other delivery companies. Make your app more like doordash and watch how beluga will become a household name. But hey, I don’t want to give you guys any tips. Y’all effed me -- som juan, 2023-11-08 ### *---- "It is not user friendly." I have the hardest time finding restaurants so I may order. I know there are tons of restaurants in my area that I can us Beluga to Order but none of them show up, only two. And I wish I could click on the restaurant from my previous transactions. I can see my receipt but I can’t click on the restaurant to order again -- Homeschool chel, 2023-02-18 ### *---- "Terrible. Scam?" After ordering on this app I’m suddenly being spammed on my texts and someone is trying to hack my google accounts. It also took the vendor 30 minutes to get my order. AVOID. -- ColoradoDude, 2022-10-25 ### *---- "Ripoff" Not only did Beluga tack on additional charges that would not be included if I ordered directly from the restaurant that I was sitting at, they also make every order a separate Credit card transaction. Hence the $10 coupon off on the first Beluga transaction only amounted to a few dollars. If you order five items separately, you get five separate Credit card transactions. And No heads up on this. Not the way restaurants have operated for decades. Some of the items on the menu were unable to be ordered through the app. All in all a train wreck. -- Sansrelnotes, 2022-08-25 ### ***-- "LOVE IT, but…." There’s need to be an area within the app where we can tip our waitress/waiter. Especially if we are dining in, and everything is all about cashless and contactless, there needs to be a way to at least show our appreciation to our servers. ALSO, there needs to be a clearer way of how to request service. Some people won’t know that you need to scroll down in the menu to request service. And the icon needs to be updated. At first, I thought the bell was for App Notifications. If I didn’t tap on the bell, I wouldn’t have known it was to request for our server. -- DJ Yung Vibe, 2022-02-08 ### ***** "A pleasant surprise to skip the waiting" Instead of lining up in front of the counter for half an hour, I can place an order ahead and skip the wait -- foodie_reviewer, 2021-12-30 ### ***** "Awesome App" I can skip the line and order ahead with this app. -- imdevinguan, 2021-12-30 ### ***** "Smooth ordering solution" This has been the best in-restaurant QR code ordering solution I’ve found. I hope more restaurants start using Beluga soon! -- OmegaHyperspace, 2021-11-03 ### ***** "Great app - simple to use" Great app for ordering food, very intuitive and great customer experience! -- rlott1983, 2021-10-29 [View all Beluga Eats reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Beluga Eats - [Marugame Udon, USA](https://apptail.io/app/marugame-udon-usa-MGof/united-states) - [Aoki Group Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/aoki-group-rewards-mwUg/united-states) - [Bigger Rewards](https://apptail.io/app/bigger-rewards-pwUg/united-states) - [Down to Earth Deli](https://apptail.io/app/down-to-earth-deli-sxUg/united-states) - [Zippy's](https://apptail.io/app/zippys-gaZh/united-states) - [7-Eleven Hawaii: Shop & Earn](https://apptail.io/app/7-eleven-hawaii-shop-earn-Ukcp/united-states) - [Daiichi Ramen](https://apptail.io/app/daiichi-ramen-PZLp/united-states) - [Shabuya Official](https://apptail.io/app/shabuya-official-qvpu/united-states) - [Kim Chee Restaurant 7](https://apptail.io/app/kim-chee-restaurant-7-RdTw/united-states) - [Oh My Grill](https://apptail.io/app/oh-my-grill-LJby/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
