## Benarlee Reviews in United States

### ***** "Device button"
Been trying to turn power saving mode off and instructions say to hold device button for 3 seconds but customer support was not clear on how to do this or not understanding the problem.

### *---- "⭐️☆☆☆☆"
I’m honestly disappointed with this shock collar. It did not meet my expectations, and I haven’t been happy with how it works. For the price, I expected better quality, reliability, and results. Unfortunately, it just hasn’t worked out for me or my dog. I wouldn’t recommend this product based on my experience, and I regret purchasing it, and the 1 year basic price

### *---- "DO NOT BUY"
The collar only works when it wants to, paid $95 a piece for my 2 dogs and you don’t get a refund on it. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this app or these collars! Find something better if you can!

### *---- "Don’t bother"
I purchased the first collar and it worked for 12 hours. Would not recharge. Received a replacement with nothing but collar (still needed to return first collar). I had paid for a plan. When I attempted to attach new collar to existing plan it would not work. Sent two emails attempting to get help. Worthless
