App is really slow, typing the retailer into the app and waiting for it to load. The discounts aren’t great either and it’s a lot of effort to try to save money. 
There are still a lot of improvements required and to use the Smart Spending app, they are more mobile friendly and convenient for users.

****please fix this issue**** Please add the gift card download option in this app, the reason I had a smarthive from my work place so I have to singup with my work email. Incase if I use this benefithub outside work (I mean if I’m using in weekend), I can’t receive get my gift cards. It will go to my work email. I can’t access my work email in my personal phone, this is my company ruel. I used to be perkbox before, in perkbox you can download the gift card directly for website or app. 

Also the details filling, as everyone mentioned in review. 

Please take a reference from #perkbox

The app is not redirecting from unnum dental login. 
I’ve tried 5-6 times and the issue persists. 
Note my unnum dental login has two factor authentication enabled.

If I could give this App 0 stars I would and this would go to customer care as well. 

I’m able to log into the app here In The UK and I’m shown the deals to my location. I click on a deal for example a local supermarket and then it opens a new page which takes me to a completely different system which believes I’m in Tampa Florida. 

I can re choose the location which may or may not work and choose the deal. 
I choose the deal and it’s starts the whole process again. But this time will stay in Tampa Florida and not allow me to chose the correct option. 

Completely dreadful and just doesn’t work at all. 

The App is badly designed, why does it need to go to another page or understand your location or even save the location. 

I will be placing a complaint to my company who uses it and advising them the terrible app and that we are not able to use it.

Having a really hard time using the app can’t even sign in to use the app in the first place, it is offered through my work via Unum help@hand and when trying to sign in I just get a blank screen with the unum logo and a blue box that does nothing when clicked. 
Also trying to sign in via the web can’t get a password reset link without contacting support

Every time I purchase something from the app I have to put my card details and home address… is not possible to save them for quicker future purchases? 
They have low discounts and it takes so much time to populate all the fields required to buy a e-gift. It is not worth it the time for the discount! 
I used a cashback on boots and does not appear on my account, I emailed them several times with no response. 
For me is not worth it.

Really frustrating that you have to fill in your personal details, including payment details and address for every single gift card!! What an Earth we’re the developers thinking? 
Can your app not be developed to remember you personal / payment details given you are log in to your account anyway? It’s such a waste of time to use. 
Also why can’t you get an instant gift voucher via your account section like the last Xexec site I used? Instead you have to wait for the voucher to be emailed to you, which could be any point up to 24hrs later!! This isn’t practical when your in a store and need the gift card to pay. This again makes the app so impractical that it’s almost pointless to use. 
Overall, a really poorly developed and pointlessly time consuming app.
