Benihana has great food presented in a fun and wonderful experience.  Offering it to go is a sin.  No Benihana only offer dine in no fast food mentality.  
Now the app is a good thing but needs all things Benihana on it.  Like the birthday coupon signup.  Please add this.  You lost me and 3 others this week at least for a year because of the confusion with this app and trying to link it to the Friends with Benefits program.  Couldn’t get it to work.  You just lost about $300.
Please fix this useless app and turn it into something better.

I did want to go to a special place to celebrate my birthday and thought in Benihana because a few years ago that I want it was wonderful! But yesterday 😥 the food wasn’t the best; they took a long time waiting just sitting on the table; and the restrooms were  awful 😞 it looks like someone take our the trash and everything else is very careless. Sadly I won’t go again.

I order Hibachi Salmon meal to be delivered to my home. The order came incomplete! There were no asparagus nor mushrooms. I had a small slice of salmon with rice for $65! Awful! Never ordering again!

Should be able to make reservations or join wait list. To see the menu one must start a take-out order then cancel because you want to dine in.

 It would be wonderful to make dine-in menu selections before arrival and you could give the wait staff your order intake number at the table.

This Cupertino location does not honor reservations.  Arriving on time seems merely to mean that they will put in line after everyone else that already arrived. 20 minutes past the reservation time and still no table.

I’m allergic to mushrooms and I can’t even customize my order by ordering my food without mushrooms. I had to cancel my order and place it over the phone to tell them what to and what to not add to my meals.

I get that this app is only for pick up and delivery orders and that’s fine. The problem is that they don’t allow me to use the gift card I have when I tried to pay. I ended up canceling my order when it said I had to pay with a credit card and had no other options.

I was trying to find location in Waikiki. It was unable to locate any. The app just lets you place to go orders. Does not allow reservations. No access to Benihana rewards. But if they cannot find a restaurant, the app is useless.

Downloaded thinking it would give loyalty incentives or coupons through the app - no. Nor does it allow you to make reservations through the app. It only allows you to 'sign-in' and place a pickup order. This app does not compete compared to other restaurant apps and is very limited.
