Benjamin - Earn Money Moments

I’ve been using Benjamin for awhile and have made almost $200 but I have put a fair amount of time into it. But lately they haven’t been giving me my rewards. There’s been about 4 occurrences where I reach the level it says I need to to get the money and I just never get it. I’m really mad about this past one because it’s supposed to be $17 and I’ve put a ton of time into it.

I really like the app. I tried another platform like this recently and had major issues (scrambly.io do not recommend). I have made a decent amount in the last two months still seeing if this app works with withdrawals etc. I tried a direct bank transfer but it failed to verify and wants 99c for each new attempt to verify which is an issue. So I opted for gift card payment which is still currently pending. One thing I don’t like about these type of apps is that the offers you enter agreements with give players zero protection an offer is pretty meaningless if it can be broken at anytime by vendors deciding to remove offers or change the amount each task is worth without notification. Example shadow raid legends one task was $105 and went down in the past two days to $70 which posses an issue to players carefully making in app purchases to complete tasks as you can clearly have your profit slashed without warning. The platform performs better than most though I have not had any issues with task tracking failing and causing issues. It is early days but so far the only real issue is being at the mercy of vendors when it comes to rewards that can change at the will of the vendor. My opinion when a player accepts an offer put forward by the vendor with a time limit, the vendor should not be able to remove that offer or change its rewards at all.

Easy to win

EVERY SINGLE GAME on here I have played they never give the reward out for the last reward which is always the most amount ??? Customer service says “it’s just in the system” you are gonna need to increase the amount of customer service workers Benjamin ….. or just fix it so they give me all my rewards ?!! I have played 7 games within the span of 6 months they all didn’t give me my last reward in hopes that I was lazy and forgot… I thought it was just a bug until I realized I played half a year and it was still cheating me out of my rewards and had to spend more than 3 days waiting to be able to issue a complaint for every single game …

They never payout. I should have listened to my gut feeling when reading their reviews and comments before wasting time and getting bot responses from their so called customer support.

I came across this app and I have received money and would have given it a five stars. The reason I only gave it a three was because sometimes you download a game start playing it and really start to like it but after you pass the levels to receive the money you don’t get it even if you did everything right it’s happened four or five games . But I have received some money from some of the games.

Bring earn per minutes games back and add more cents for ads like 10 cents per ad fix for ios devices yall not doing a good job no more and add the option for refunds on games we got scammed on

Breat app to make extra money doesnt take too long to get either

I was using this app very regularly for the last year. But over the last few months this app has drastically gone downhill. Games they show when you click to claim them are “no longer available” magically. They put the same games in each platform in their app so you loose out because you can only play games once. And now I’m not even being credited for the games I do play. When I reach out for help I get told “they can’t credit me due to time requirements” so basically I don’t get credit because I played the game faster thst someone else. Right. I complete the 1st required item on day 1. When every item has to be completed in 30 days. But apparently I did it to fast. The diamond den is a joke and never credits me for completing tasks. Every game I play I have to email them about it. This app is the biggest joke now.

Allysa she definitely deserves a raise and she deserves an award for her performance and showing that customers come first and that she really cares about customers
