## Ben's Pretzels Reviews in United States

### **--- "Order Pickup, Have to Wait Anyway🙃"
I’m a regular customer, I have a Ben’s in my local Meijer. Today I was really craving a Pretzel Dog & there’s usually always a wait when I order. To avoid that, I decided to download the app & place a pickup order. Not sure if the system is laggy or the workers just didn’t pay attention, but when I came to get my order at the time stated. I STILL HAD TO WAIT! Sure 7 mins doesn’t seem like a long time but it literally defeats the purpose of what I was doing! 🤦🏾‍♀️

### *---- "App changed?"
Where did my barcode go? Looks like I can only earn points now by ordering online? I liked the other rewards program. Not much point keeping the app now :(
-- TheAlmightyReview, 2022-08-23

### ***** "Love Love Love ‼️"
These are the best soft Pretzels ever! I love them. It’s inside the Walmart in Flemming Island in the very front of the store. Extremely easy to find. All of the personnel I have come in contact with, are very friendly and helpful. Top notch store and the people are friendly and a big smile under their mask!! Great food and people. Five Stars for sure ‼️‼️‼️
-- Omax6, 2021-10-13

### *---- "Love the Pretzels not the app"
Every time I try to log in it keeps saying server down!! So you can’t even order online because we need to log in and it doesn’t work!! Very fustrating!!
-- Fafimary, 2021-08-24

### *---- "They do not hold true to app based gift cards or offers!"
Employees will deny existence of app and will not accept any offer via it
-- B1G_LANKY, 2021-07-01

### ***** "Free"
Free pretzel amazing
-- Hisokas big fat shlong, 2021-06-11

### ***** "Love this place!"
I come here all the time and I love it. Great staff and great pretzels!
-- PretzelCat123, 2020-05-13

### *---- "Shady Company"
Ben’s Pretzels just denied a paying customer a cup of water for a 2 year old. The Mom offered to pay for the cup with her debit card and they refused to take the card because of a $2 minimum. The Mom took the cup to fill it with water and the worker pushed her away from the water and called her a Bi**h. After the Mom with 3 little kids( one of them crying after seeing their Mom being pushed) walked out the employee called the police to report her for stealing a cup of water. All this for 20cents.
-- Chaney24, 2018-06-01

### *---- "Error with quantity chooser"
There is an error when trying to add an Italian pocket. It makes you choose a quantity but then charges you twice.
-- Lake29, 2018-06-01

### *---- "Won’t boot"
Since the new update I am unable to get the app to launch.
