Pour moi, il manque pas mal de fonctionnalités importantes : toujours pas d’Apple Pay - les détails des paiements par carte de débit sont mal indiqués sur l’app (par ex, communication structurée) - parfois un paiement par carte de banque est débité des jours plus tard - il manque également la visibilité des montants réservés sur carte de crédit car les dépenses n’apparaissent qu’au bout de quelques jours seulement. Sinon, je suis très content d’avoir changé de banque et suis très satisfait.

Goede ondersteuning en gebruiksgemzk voor de gebruikers/betalers

Geen ApplePay, verplicht om begunstigden aan te maken als je een betaling wil over maken..

There’s a bug in the structured communication field. It constantly tries to sync with the server and that causes input to be missed or different digits to pop up when you backspace. The UX for performing payments could be improved. Too many screens popping in and out for what could be a simple form. I also feel that entering the amount should be the final step, now it comes before entering the communication. In the last screen before confirming the payment, it doesn’t show you all the information related to the payment. So it’s not as useful as it could be to validate whatever you entered.
