The app has the same problem for years and summertime it’s even worse. Random crashes a part of an experience but it also freezes my whole phone, you cannot lock it, change the app for something else, then the search bar doesn’t work for some time. Then the app finally crashes but of course… Now you are late, because you didn’t create your bereal, I guess.

I am annoyed about adverts. Originally the app didn’t have any.
Tons of bugs and issues
There are several bugs that have been a part of this app for over a year now and still haven’t been fixed despite numerous reports. Main reason for my rating though is the fact that the app sometimes just freezes my entire phone upon launching rendering my phone completely unresponsive for about 10 minutes even after I close the app.
Love hate relationship
I reality, reality love the ideal of BeReal is such a refreshing spin on social media and my favourite in the last few months. But! It’s a buggy mess I’ve never seen such a buggy crashing non responsive app in my life, very sad. Please fix the instability and you’ll be the king of social media
