## Bergen Bridge Description
This app is perfect for the bridge player who wants to improve his/her playing skills. When you are playing the deal but don’t play or defend perfectly, you will get a message explanation what you should have done. You also have the option to let the program ask you questions about the play. Every bridge player should ask these questions themselves before playing a card. By answering the questions you will learn the best approach. Once you are used to asking yourself these type of questions, you will have made a big step in improving your play and becoming a better opponent.
The bidding system is based on Standard American. However, the auction is always provided for you so this program is appropriate for all players.

To use the app, no internet connection is needed.

## Bergen Bridge Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t work most of the time"
This app constantly crashes & needs to downloaded again. U do not recommend it. Waste of my money
-- Curlyred44, 2024-08-09

### **--- "Great, but rarely works"
When this app works, it is great. It asks questions to get you thinking while you play and tells you when and why you are making a mistake. BUT, most of the time, it freezes and says no internet connection available even though all my other apps work and my iPad shows I do have internet. Really needs a bug fix.
-- Darbelob, 2022-05-29

### ****- "App keeps Freezing"
I absolutely love this app and I’m learning a great deal from it. However, it keeps freezing up whenever I turn it off and try to get back in. It used to take a couple of tries, but now it takes about 10 tries to get back in.

Would love to recommend it to my friends, but not until this problem is fixed.

HELP....... I deleted this app because I couldn’t get back on it, with the intention of re-installing it. Now it doesn’t recognize that I already paid for it. What’s going on here? Please rectify.
-- Susieupset, 2020-11-05

### ****- "Great tool to improve one’s bridge game"
This app has improved my bridge game more than all the other apps, websites, and library of bridge books.

I’ve learned more about when to draw trump, how and when to finesse, and even to better evaluate winners and losers in my hand.

Other reviews mention objections to the questions. I learned a lot from the questioning and added these questions to my hand evaluation.
-- KathyLovesBridge, 2020-07-18

### *---- "So disappointing"
I paid for this to play games not answer questions. I thought the counseling would come after play! Awful app
-- foley cat, 2019-07-07

### ***** "Inexpensive lessons from an expert"
Well conceived and executed. Try the free parts, and you too will gladly pay for additional lessons.
-- Beppo44, 2018-12-13

### ***** "ERROR IN BEGINNERS 2, DEAL 52 YOU GO DOWN"
THE PROGRAM IS BERY GOOD
-- Moisesw, 2017-07-29

### *---- "Horrible App"
I can't believe the charge on this app-- I thought I would at least play hands for some practice. You are asked questions, then given answers but with no explanations. There's no play involved, & the program is vague & poorly developed. According to the description, Mr. Bergen is right there with you to explain correct choices-- not hardly. It's amazing how some developers (if you could even give them that title) are allowed to simply take advantage of someone's desire to learn. So far I've been pretty pleased with most apps I've purchased; however, this will be the last time I purchase an app from the App Store.
