Very Hrlpful App

Used it for planning trips in Tokyo and Berlin Didn’t want to use data while exploring so downloaded maps on iPod and paired with little GPS unit (Bad Elf) so I always knew where I was. A little expensive at first but then unlimited maps and still beats buying guide for both cities. Now I can have maps and guides for wherever I want to go, in my pocket. I don’t think I’ll ever get lost again.

La carte Ulmon permet de se repérer facilement dans les déplacements. Je l’apprécie particulièrement lors des ballades d’exploration d’une ville nouvelle pour moi. C’est le cas pour Berlin

A must-have. SERIOUSLY!!!

This app, simply put, is your most important luggage or guide for the city of Berlin. It's all about the offline map, which GPS tracks you, allows you to place markers and comment on them, gives an easy search function, and even shows you which direction you're facing (!!!). It was the unquestioned hero of my week in Berlin. My only wish is that they did more cities. I had to get an inferior app for Copenhagen. Heck, I wish they had one for my home city of Toronto, too! This app is easier to use than Google Maps.

A great resource to have on your iPad while wandering around Berlin off the grid. It's been a wonderful asset to have in my bag!!!

Very helpful app!

I love this offline app that allows you to pick spots you want to go to, drop pins on them on a very useful map, calculate distance between places, and create notes. Some sights (Reichstag for instance) even have detailed background info you can read offline. Listings vary though; some have just urls, some list hours and addresses. Also, if the place you're looking for isn't already in this system, I couldn't see how to drop a pin on it. We used the map all the time though - the GPS on it was excellent, and having different coloured pins available was great.

Cette carte qui fonctionne sans wifi est géniale: On peut suivre son chemin, marqué par un voyant qui se déplace, on peut poser des pastilles aux endroits que l'on veut visiter et annoter ces pastilles, voir le nom des arrêts de bus, etc. Bref, un outil fantastique et gratuit!

Map is good and there are plenty of resources

this app is brilliant. get it.

the map works even without Internet so I'm not using roaming charges while it tells me exactly where I am. ************************************************** the new update corrects all the problems I never knew it had. various lists of bookmarks now make all your locations easy to sort through; so that even if you have hundreds of locations you're trying to keep track of you can find any of them in a minute. also, while I don't see myself using it, the new social media aspect of this app lets you let your friends know all the places you like to go (hopefully a future update will allow you to block selected locations from appearing to friends)
